2010 FEBRUARY
ETC TIGER PIPELINE FILES A CONCURRENCE LETTER FROM THE U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE

ETC Tiger Pipeline submitted for filing with the FERC on February 17, 2010, a concurrence letter dated December 21, 2009 from the Lafayette Field Office of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. This letter provides concurrence with the determination that the Tiger Project is not likely to adversely affect the Red-Cockaded Woodpecker. Click here to view the filing in .pdf format.


2009 DECEMBER
ETC TIGER PIPELINE FILES A RESPONSE TO A FERC AFUDC DATA REQUEST

FERC ISSUES ITS NOTICE OF SCHEDULE OF ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW FOR THE ETC TIGER PIPELINE PROJECT

The FERC issued on December 3, 2009, its Notice of Schedule of Environmental Review for the ETC Tiger Pipeline Project.  The instant notice identifies the FERC staff’s planned schedule for the completion of the EA for the Project.

ETC Tiger Pipeline submitted for filing on November 9, 2009, its Supplemental Information Report. This filing includes correspondence with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Ecological Services Field Office Lafayette, Louisiana, and a copy of a recently executed precedent agreement with BG Energy Merchants, LLC. ETC TIGER PIPELINE FILES CERTIFICATE APPLICATION

ETC Tiger Pipeline files a certificate application with the FERC on August 31, 2009. Click here to view the newspaper article that will be placed in local newspapers in each parish or county along the pipeline route.

2009 MAY
FERC ISSUES ITS NOTICE OF INTENT

The FERC issued on May 15, 2009, its Notice of Intent (NOI) which initiates the scoping process. The FERC scoping process will be used to gather input from the public and interested agencies on the Tiger Pipeline Project.  Your input will help determine which issues will be evaluated in the Environmental Assessment.  The staff will also use the scoping process to determine whether preparation of an environmental impact statement (EIS) is more appropriate for this Project based upon the anticipated level of impacts.  Please note that the scoping period for this project will close on June 29, 2009. 2009 MAY
ENERGY TRANSFER ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL COMMITMENTS TO THE TIGER PIPELINE PROJECT

Energy Transfer has entered into binding contracts with EnCana Marketing, Inc. and another shipper for capacity commitments on the Tiger Pipeline Project.  Energy Transfer continues to negotiate with other shippers for capacity on the Project. Click here to view the announcement in PDF format. 


2009 APRIL
ETC TIGER FILES DRAFT RESOURCE REPORTS

On April 24, 2009, Tiger Pipeline filed with the FERC a draft copy of Resource Reports 1 and 10, aerial maps, stakeholder mailing lists, and a Monthly Project Status Report.  All of these documents were filed pursuant to the FERC’s Pre-Filing NEPA regulations.

2009 MARCH
FERC APPROVES THE PRE-FILING REVIEW FOR THE TIGER PIPELINE PROJECT

Energy Transfer met with the FERC staff in early March 2009 to discuss the Tiger Pipeline Project. Tiger Pipeline subsequently filed on March 13, 2009 with the FERC its Request to Initiate Commission Pre-Filing Review Process.  The FERC issued its approval of the use of its Pre-Filing Review on March 27, 2009.
