ETC Tiger Pipeline Project


Project Description

ETC Tiger Pipeline, LLC (ETC Tiger) is proposing to construct, own, and operate a new interstate natural gas pipeline to provide takeaway capacity from the East Texas Carthage Hub area and the Haynesville Shale play.  The ETC Tiger Pipeline will begin near Carthage, Texas and extend to the Perryville, Louisiana area.

Description:

175 miles of 42-inch natural gas pipeline with four (4)  compressor stations

Location:

The pipeline will commence at an interconnect with Houston Pipeline Company in Panola County, TX and will follow in an easterly direction to the Perryville Hub in Richland Parish, LA.

Supply Source:

Haynesville Shale, Bossier Sands, and Fort Worth Basin production areas

End Markets:

Deliveries to seven (7) interstate pipelines and one (1) intrastate pipeline for ultimate delivery to the Midwest and Northeast

ROW:

Pipeline route will follow two existing pipelines for approximately 98% of its path:

  • CenterPoint’s Carthage to Perryville pipeline
  • Gulf South’s East Texas to Mississippi pipeline
