ETC Tiger Pipeline Expansion Project, Phase I


Project Description

ETC Tiger has recently signed a precedent agreement with a Haynesville producer for transportation services which will require an expansion of its ETC Tiger Pipeline. ETC Tiger anticipates filing a certificate application with the FERC in June 2010 for authorization to construct, own, and operate approximately 20 miles of 42-inch natural gas pipeline looping and the installation of five additional gas fired compressor units at three compressor stations to provide up to 400,000 Mcf per day of firm capacity.

Description:

Approximately 20 miles of 42-inch natural gas pipeline looping and the installation of five (5) compressor units

Location:

The pipeline looping will be between Mile Posts 69.9 to 77.9, and Mile Posts 118.0 to 130.3.  The compressor units will be install at the Cannisnia Station (1 unit), Bienville Station (1 unit), and Chatham Station (3 units).  All construction activities will be within the Bienville, Jackson, and Ouachita Parishes, Louisiana.

Supply Source:

Haynesville Shale, Bossier Sands, and Fort Worth Basin production areas

End Markets:

Deliveries available to seven (7) interstate pipelines and one (1) intrastate pipeline for ultimate delivery to the Midwest and Northeast

ROW:

The majority of the pipeline looping will be within the existing construction right-of-way of the initial ETC Tiger Pipeline Project; minor deviation may be required due to physical limitations.
